WINDOW-OLOGY is an authorized Hunter Douglas Dealer, we will send out repairs to the nearest Hunter Douglas location for repair. We do offer repairs on many but not all other products from our factory in Pleasanton. It is best to call or email us before bringing in your shade or blind and explain what the issue is with your product.
