We do offer repairs on many, but not all, other window treatments and retractable awnings products at our factory in Pleasanton. It's best to call or email us before bringing in your shade or blind and explain what the issue is with your product.

We need to know the following:

Type of covering

Age and the issue with your product

Consider sending us pictures of the issue. We may send a representative to your home or suggest you bring it to us. Please ask about our trip and repair charges. In many cases, it may be best to order a new product rather than repair.
