What to Expect at Your Window Treatment Installation
When you order new window coverings, you might be wondering, "what can I expect for the window treatment installation?"
In this video, you can see a typical shade install. This is what you can expect (no matter the window treatment) when we come to your home.
Ensure that there is a minimum of three feet of working space around your window(s).
Your installer(s) will come with equipment (typically, their tool bag and ladder) and your product. They will be wearing PPE and booties and will wear gloves at your request.
They will ask for a tour of the windows where they will be installing your product.
Before putting up your window treatments, your installer will stage the product for you. You are able to inspect and ensure that it looks good, and receive answers to any questions.
After installation, we will, if necessary, tidy and vacuum the space. Your installer will walk you through proper product operation and answer any remaining questions.
Before we wrap up your install, we will collect signatures and any outstanding balances. After that, you are free to enjoy your new window treatments!
