Window-ology Repairs

If you experience a warranty or repair issue, we will act as your liaison with the manufacturer and provide service based on their policy. Window-ology manufactured products can be repaired at our Pleasanton location for a fee if you are outside the warranty period. Since we are an Authorized Hunter Douglas Repair Center, we service most Hunter Douglas products in our factory or ship them to Hunter Douglas for repair. These services are also subject to applicable fees. Typical lead times can range from 2 - 8 weeks. We offer onsite pick up as well as repairs (if possible) and charge based on distance and hourly rate. It's best to call or email us before bringing in your product and explain what the issue is to our Repair Manager. Please provide the age of the product, the manufacturer, and what type of product it is. We may ask for pictures of the product before you bring it in. At times, it may be best to order a new product rather than repair. We do not service products when replacement parts are no longer available.

Warranty Policies

Window-ology offers an Installation Warranty for labor no less than one year from the date of installation.

If you experience issues with your product, we will send a representative to assess the product at no charge as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and has not been modified, altered, defaced, or repaired by other parties not affiliated with Window-ology.

Warranty claims must be submitted to Window-ology within ten (10) days of noticing the issue.

Window-ology shall have no liability whatsoever for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This Installation Warranty does not cover product defects of the installed product. See individual manufacturers’ warranties for specific product details.
