Window-ology is a full service Window covering repair center. Additionally we are an Authorized Service Center for Hunter Douglas products. Most Hunter Douglas products  can be repaired in house or they will be shipped to Hunter Douglas. Typical lead times can be up from 2 - 8 weeks. We repair most major brands but not all. Brands that we do not repair are Levolor, 3 Day Blinds, Bali and any cutdown products from Warehouse stores.  We do offer onsite pick up and repair if possible. There are trip charge minimums based on distance.  All repair fees vary depending on time to complete the repairs.  It's best to call or email us before bringing in your shade or blind and explain what the issue is with your product. Typical information we will need is the following: Age of the product, the manufacturer and what type of product it is. We may also ask for pictures of the product before you bring it in unnecessarily. In many cases, it may be best to order a new product rather than repair. In most cases we do not service products that are over 20 years old as replacement parts are no longer available.
