Warranty Policies

Window-ology hereby guarantees that the installation performed to be free from workmanship defects for a period of one year from the purchased date.

If the window treatments/product installed were to experience an issue, Window-ology will send a representative to assess the product at no charge to the customer as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner of the installation project, and has not been modified, altered, defaced, or repaired by other parties not affiliated with Window-ology.

Warranty claims must be submitted to Window-ology within ten (10) days of noticing the issue.

Window-ology shall have no liability whatsoever for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This labor warranty does not cover product defects of the installed product. See individual manufacturer’s warranties for specific product details.
