This review is long overdue. Window-ology in Pleasanton is the best. Their work is utmost professional, thorough, and detailed. Alan Robinette, the owner, is super friendly, a perfectionist with over 30 years of experience. I walked in into his Pleasanton showroom to see if I can hire their company to fix and repair a horrendous installation from another company, using a brand purchased through Costco who has stopped carrying them since. Even though I was not a Window-ology client at that time, Alan called me back and came to the house, after closing hours, to see if he can help. He was horrified by the atrocious install job, and made it his personal mission to make my second shutter experience a happy one. Alan is an incredible individual.
I've used Windowology for many years and for different services (window covering repairs, new custom window coverings, and reupholstered furniture). Peter, my Windowology designer, has brought me great advice and solutions and has been a pure pleasure to work with. My newly reupholstered living room couch and chair are gorgeous!
Best service I've experienced in years. Had a simple repair done and and they were incredibly helpful, informative and accommodating. Very rare these days, and whether we need a future repair, purchasing window coverings or offering a recommendation, Window-ology will absolutely be the only choice.
We just completed a project with Windowology to install new roman shades in our home. This isn't the first time we have worked with Windowology and probably won't be the last. Peter Colucci was our designer and his input was spot on with picking fabrics and overall design. He was also very responsive to our inquiries regarding availability and supply chain issues. Installation was seamless thanks to Mike and Aaron. We strongly recommend Windowology for overall service and fabric selection. It's amazing how the right window coverings can transform a room into a warm and welcoming space!
I LOVE Window-ology! They were amazing throughout the entire process. Our entire house has been under construction for the last year and they were our favorite vendor to work with! They were detailed, on time, friendly and treated our home with respect! We would use them again or refer them to friends!
Window-ology in Pleasanton has been our go-to business for blinds and shades throughout our home. We recently had an old vertical blind replaced on a large sliding door. The quality of their design services and window treatments were what we have come to expect from them. Today I am writing to sing the praises of Rafael, the young man who installed our blinds. He was courteous, pleasant and efficient. He went beyond the norm, understanding the challenges this large vertical represented in terms of operation, and took extra care to ensure it had a solid, highly functional mount. He also reinstalled the wood valance that had been custom made for this sliding door and actually did a better job than the guy who built and mounted it years ago. Kudos to Rafael and thanks to the team at Window-ology!
